Operations Manager

Michelle brings over 25 years of financial services industry experience to her role as Operations Manager.

She is responsible for overseeing all office operations, personnel management, including hiring and training and employee reviews. She is responsible for coordinating branch fiduciary audits, compliance, staff scheduling, and ensuring the continuing education and licensing requirements are met for the firm’s licensed representatives.

Michelle frequently serves as a liaison among clients’ accountants, attorneys, and administrators to implement strategy modifications. She tracks and calculates Required Minimum Distributions as well as assisting the firm’s advisors with Qualified Retirement Plan fiduciary responsibilities.

Having earned an Associate’s Degree in 2004, Michelle brings a vast array of experience, knowledge, and eager anticipation to fulfilling her clients’ long-term financial goals.

She lives in Pittsfield, MA with her daughters, Makayla and Arianna. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and traveling, especially to the ocean.
